Would you like to exchange or return an item? No problem! You have 30 days after receiving your order to do so.
To return an item, please email contact@petree.nl with all the required information, such as your order number and customer details.
Our customer service team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to ensure the process is smooth and efficient.
- What are our return conditions?
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Please ensure that the returned products are in resaleable condition and that all original tags and packaging are intact.
- What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
Despite our best efforts, it may happen that a product is damaged during transport or has a defect. We are here to assist you. Please email contact@petree.nl with a photo of the damaged or defective product. Our customer service team will contact you shortly to find a solution.
- What if I want to return my order outside the return period?
It is important to ensure that you return your products within the specified 30-day return period. If you are outside this period, please contact our customer service team. They will discuss the available options with you.
- How long will it take to receive my refund?
We aim to process returns efficiently. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. You can track your return package using the track & trace code to see when it arrives at our warehouse; from that moment, the 10-day processing period begins. After the refund is processed, we will send you a confirmation message. Please note, it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
- Do I have to pay for the return?
Yes, the costs for return shipments are your responsibility. These costs vary depending on the chosen courier service and the country of shipment.
